INGREDIENTS

15 sheets frozen puff pastry, just thawed

100g chicken ham, cut into 1/2 inch

100g brie, cut into 12 even pieces

50g cranberry sauce

1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
DIRECTIONS

Prepare the pastry: Cut the whole pastry sheet into 12 even squares.
- Line the pastry squares into the muffin holes

Bake the pastry for 10 minutes or until light golden and crisp at 200°C.

Flatten the pastry slightly using the back of the spoon.

Fill each hole with some ham peices. Top with a piece of brie and cranberry sauce. Scatter with thyme.

Bake for 5-7 minutes or until golden and the cheese is nicely melted. Sprinkle with chives.
