- 100gm Icing Sugar
- 100gm Sugar
- Yoplait Strawberry Yogurt as needed
- Fresh Berries
DIRECTIONS
- Prepare the workstation.
- Scale the ingredients.
- Beat egg whites; add sugar to form stiff peaks.
- Finish off by delicately folding in sifted icing sugar.
- Pipe into shape of an inverted, hollow cone.
- Bake at 125C for 60 minutes.
