- All confirmed bookings are non-exchangeable, non-refundable and non-transferable to another class should you be unable to attend the class, including sickness. No refunds will be given for unattended classes. However, a replacement participant can be sent, with minimum 24 hours advanced notice via email from the registered participant. Replacement participant needs to produce printed confirmation slip and email.
- ToTT will not be held responsible for any incorrect bookings made by participants, including but not limited to booking the wrong date, time, or class type. Please ensure all booking details are accurate before finalizing your reservation.
- The Bake & Go class is designed for children aged 5-12 years old. Children must be accompanied and assisted by one adult for the duration of the class. Only registered participants are allowed to enter the class.
- All participants are advised to arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the class. The class will commence promptly at the scheduled time. Latecomers will be required to join the class at the point where the rest of the participants have progressed.
- All participants must adhere to ToTT’s safety and hygiene guidelines, including wearing appropriate attire and covered shoes. Participants may be asked to wear aprons and gloves during the class.
- ToTT will not be held liable for any injuries, allergic reactions, or accidents that may occur during the class. It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to inform the instructor of any allergies or special requirements before the class begins.
- ToTT may take photographs and videos during the class for promotional purposes. By participating in the class, you consent to the use of these images. If you wish not to be included, please inform our staff beforehand.
- In the event that the minimum number of participants is not met, the class will be cancelled. We will inform you via email 3 working days before the class date.
