INGREDIENTS:
- 1 Duck Magret
- Salt & pepper
- Honey
- Crushed black pepper
- Red wine vinegar
DIRECTIONS
- Season duck breast with salt & pepper.
- Place duck skin down on a cold pan and place on medium heat (8 minutes a side).
- (Remove melted fat as it accumulates.)
- Allow duck breast to rest before cutting it.
- Add red wine vinegar, crushed peppercorns and honey to make the sauce.
