- 2 pcs Sole
- Olive Oil
- Salt & Pepper
- 1 Wedge Lemon
- 25g Butter
- Season and Lightly flour sole on both sides.
- Pan fry in a non-stick until golden brown.
- Put lemon and butter and allow to coat fish.
- Garnish with parsley.
