INGREDIENTS:
- Fresh oysters, shucked
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 tbsp Flour
- Emmenthal cheese
- Pinch of nutmeg
- Salt & pepper
- Spinach
DIRECTIONS:
- Add butter to saucepan then flour.
- Cook roux until deep yellow.
- Add milk and let mixture scald.
- Remove from heat and melt cheese in the mixture.
- Cool.
- Spoon mixture with spinach on oysters.
- Bake at 200°C for 5 mins.
- Serve warm.
