0px;\n}\n<\/style>\n<\/div>\n<p><strong>INGREDIENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1\/3 cup Heavy Whipping Cream<\/li>\n<li>1\/3 cup Coconut Cream<\/li>\n<li>2 Gelatine Sheets<\/li>\n<li>1\/3 cup Milk<\/li>\n<li>1.5tsp Agar Agar Powder<\/li>\n<li>1tbsp Sugar<\/li>\n<li>Melted Gula Melaka<\/li>\n<li>1tbsp Cooked Sago<\/li>\n<li>1 Mint Leaf<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>DIRECTIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Soak the gelatine with cold water for 5-10 minutes<\/li>\n<li>In a sauce pot, heat milk and agar powder and bring to boil.<\/li>\n<li>Add sugar, whipping cream and coconut cream together and remove from heat.<\/li>\n<li>Add in soaked gelatine and whisk until incorporated.<\/li>\n<li>Pour into the desired cup and refrigerate in the fridge for at least 4 hours.<\/li>\n<li>Add cooked sago, pour melted Gula Melaka and garnish with mint leaf.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A tropical
