Rinse with water after.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare sauce mixture with Soy Sauce, Dark Soy Sauce, Fish Sauce, Sugar, Salt and White Pepper, stir thoroughly.<\/li>\n<li>Make sure all ingredients are ready before frying as it\u2019ll only take 5 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Stir-fry the garlic, fishcake, sausages and prawns first, then add in the noodles and finally the sauce.<\/li>\n<li>Crack an egg once noodles are about to be cook and stir fry together.
