Refrigerate for at least one night before using.<\/li>\n<li>Roll out dough on floured surface, 5 mm thick.<\/li>\n<li>Cut out different cookies and put on a baking tray, lined with baking paper \u2013 try to put cookies of same size on a tray, so the baking time will be the same.<\/li>\n<li>Bake in preheated oven at 175 degrees C. for 10 minutes or until golden brown.<\/li>\n<li>Let cool out, then decorate with icing &amp; sugar pearls.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong><em><u>Icing &amp; decoration<\/u><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Beat egg white and lemon juice with a hand or stand mixer until white and fluffy, not firm.<\/li>\n<li>Stop beating and add icing sugar \u2013 mix first on slow speed, then on high speed, until very glossy, thick and smooth.
