Add in fresh oyster (coat with a little batter 1<sup>st<\/sup>), fish sauce and pepper.<\/li>\n<li>Sprinkle parsley and spring onions. Serve hot with Chilli Sauce and lime.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Dip\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>100g Chilli Paste<\/li>\n<li>40g White Vinegar<\/li>\n<li>1 tbsp Sugar<\/li>\n<li>30ml Water<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>Mix all ingredients in a small pot and boil for 5mins.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A hawker food commonly found in Singapore.
