butter.<\/li>\n<li>Bake 200C for 12 mins in 3&#215;7\u201d trays.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>DIRECTIONS FOR CHANTILLY CREAM<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Fold the 2 ingredients together.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>DIRECTIONS FOR PASTRY CREAM<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Boil the milk.<\/li>\n<li>Mix the yolk, sugar &amp; corn starch together.<\/li>\n<li>Temper the milk with yolk mixture &amp; bring back to boil till thick.<\/li>\n<li>Cool down the mixture.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>ASSEMBLY<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Level the shortcake and brush it with liquor syrup for the cake to stay moist.<\/li>\n<li>Layer the cake with chantillly cream and sliced strawberries.<\/li>\n<li>Decorate with full
