sous vide for 15 minutes at 53\u02daC.<\/li>\n<li>Remove from the bag and sear the skin side down until golden brown.<\/li>\n<li>Season to taste.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>DIRECTIONS FOR POTATO &amp; CRABMEAT SALAD:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Cook the potatoes in boiling water.<\/li>\n<li>When the potatoes are cooled down, lightly crush it with a fork.<\/li>\n<li>In a bowl, mix the crabmeat with crushed potatoes, add chives and lemon juice &amp;
