Add about a teaspoon of vegetable oil and stir it together with the white chocolate chips.<\/li>\n<li>Microwave till fully melted.<\/li>\n<li>Dip pretzels into melted white chocolate and lay it flat on a piece of baking paper to harden.<\/li>\n<li>Once the chocolate has hardened, melt the red candy melts and microwave it till melted.<\/li>\n<li>Pour melted red candy melts into a small ziploc bag. Snip off the bottom corner of the bag and drizzle the red candy over the hardened white chocolate.
