Stir quickly with a wooden spoon.<\/li>\n<li>Return to heat and continue mixing until it forms a ball paste.<\/li>\n<li>Add in 1 egg at a time, mixing well until you get a smooth paste.<\/li>\n<li>Use a piping bag and pipe the paste onto a baking tray lined with baking sheet.<\/li>\n<li>Wet your finger tip with some water and gently push down the tip of the pastry.<\/li>\n<li>Bake at 200\u00baC for 18 \u2013 20 minutes until puffy and golden brown.<\/li>\n<li>Set the pastries on a cooling rack to cool completely before piping in filling.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>DIRECTIONS FOR PASTRY CREAM<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>In a medium saucepan, heat the cream and vanilla to a boil over medium heat. Immediately turn off the heat and set aside for 5 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>In a bowl, whisk the egg yolks and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the corn starch and whisk vigorously until no lumps remain.
