Drain and set aside.<\/li>\n<li>In a braising pot, heat oil and saut\u00e9 ginger and garlic till fragrant. Add Japanese scallions and return pork to braising pot.<\/li>\n<li>Add rock sugar, two soya sauces and pour in Foochow Rice Wine. Stir in soaked beancurd knots.<\/li>\n<li>Pour in water, bring to boil, simmer for 60-90minutes till pork is tender. Drain and discard away spices.<\/li>\n<li>Recombine pork with bean curd skin knots and sauce.
