Alternatively use a box grater. Add nutmeg and season lightly with salt and pepper.<\/li>\n<li>Heat a non-stick omelette size pan with some oil. Place shredded potatoes in pan and cover. Cook over medium heat for 4-5minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Using a plate larger than the pan, cover the pan and flip over.
