Pat down till flat and firm. Refrigerate.<\/h4>\n<h4><strong>Matcha Cheesecake<\/strong><\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>In a large bowl, beat together cream cheese, powdered sugar &amp; vanilla extract.<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Add Matcha powder and granulated sugar, beat till smooth.<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Lightly whip heavy cream till soft peaks and fold into cream cheese mixture. Add food coloring if desired.<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Pour mixture into cupcake liner till full.<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Chill in freezer till hardened.
