0px;\n}\n<\/style>\n<\/div>\n<p><strong>DIRECTIONS:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>In a large pot, sweat onion in butter until soft and translucent.<\/li>\n<li>Add chicken stock, milk and saffron and bring to a boil \u2013 the liquid will be yellow because of the saffron.<\/li>\n<li>Add polenta into the milk, then stir continuously, until the polenta absorbs the liquids and thickens.<\/li>\n<li>Continue to stir (otherwise it will splash a lot) for 5 more minutes or until the polenta is soft.<\/li>\n<li>Cover for 5 minutes<\/li>\n<li>Add parmesan, season to taste with salt and pepper.<\/li>\n<li>Serve
