6.<\/li>\n<li>In a saucepan, heat the oil and brown the bones and tendon.<\/li>\n<li>Add the vegetables and garlic, saut\u00e9 until they are slightly brown.<\/li>\n<li>Add the tomato paste and deglaze with the red wine.<\/li>\n<li>Pour in the water and bring the mixture to boil. Simmer until \u00bc (about 500 &#8211; 600 ml) of it is left.<\/li>\n<li>Strain and discard the solids. Reserve.<\/li>\n<li>To make the Basic Brown Sauce, kindly follow Step 8 &#8211; 10.<\/li>\n<li>In a saucepan, melt the butter and saut\u00e9 the garlic, onions and mushrooms for 2 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Add in the brown sauce, bring to boil, stirring constantly.<\/li>\n<li>Pour in the cream and mix well.
