Macaron Tower Challenge

Duration

4-Hour programme
3 hours of cooking, followed by 1 hour dining

The Crème de la crème of desserts! Work as a team to create a tower of sweet decadence! For an intricate dessert such as a Croquembouche, teamwork is a must!

The Challenge

Participants are grouped into 2 or more teams. Our chef will provide a step-by-step guide on baking the Croquembouche or Macaron as well as demonstration.

Accuracy

Each profiterole or macaron must be baked to perfection otherwise they will be rejected.
Speed

Teams are given a limited time to build their dessert tower.

Judging Criteria : Teams will be judge based on the tallest tower prepared in the shortest amount of time.

Good place to see pick up some good deals. They have some Zebra branded metalware, knives, and a whole bunch of China, wine and beer glasses.

Interesting kitchen store.

This is a good place to shop kitchenware. The tableware price is generally reasonable. Space is large enough for kids to play.

They have cooking lesson and team building course as well. This is a great service idea.

Just wonder why they use this crying face ToT as their store name😂

Terrific selection and variety of just about every kitchen appliance, cutlery, or utensil you can find. Brought my grandma and mother to Totts Century Square and I want to give my specials thanks to Jazz. She's very warm, friendly and helpful. She was very polite and sincere towards my grandma - she even unpacked the blender and showed it to her. She also introduced the membership and chased after us to hand us the receipt because she thought we had forgotten to collect it. And this was during closing time. Please give my commendation and thanks to her! She made our night. :)
