Trish Yee

Chef Trish developed her passion for cooking since the age of 14. At a tender age, she has attended many cooking classes to upgrade her knowledge and skills. With her strong love and passion for Japanese cuisine, she recently went to Tokyo to attend an intense sushi and sashimi course to upgrade her skills.

For the past 6 years, Trish has been teaching bento classes at D’open Kitchen for parents and kids. She firmly believes well-planned nutritional meals can be visually appealing and thus her bento creations showcase the cutest cartoon characters. Chef Trish is also a culinary consultant and recipe developer and have worked with many international brands for recipes R&D. She frequently features her recipes on her cooking blog to share her love for food with fellow cooking enthusiasts.
